Ingredients:

  • Smoked duck fillet 360 gr – CHEVALIER GASTRONOMIE
  • Salad and lamb’s lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Half a bag of traditional bread
  • Slice of Emmental cheese
  • Red onion
  • Fresh cream
  • Cucumber
Preparation:

Halve half a packet of traditional bread.

Finely chop the avocado, red onions and CHEVALIER Gastronomie smoked fillet.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and mix with the crème fraiche.

DRESSING :

Spread your bread with the crème fraiche and the cucumber,

Place a few salad leaves, Emmental, smoked fillet, onion and avocado.

Of course, you can add as many ingredients as you like.
