Ingredients:

One pot of 100% duck rillettes – CHEVALIER GASTRONOMIE

  • Plain rillette
  • Rillette with Espelette pepper
  • Smoked rillettes
  • Rillettes with Foie Gras
Preparation:

Take the rillettes out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving, to release all the flavours.

There is no standard recipe for your duck rillettes.

Our chef recommends that you use them as an aperitif on a slice of toast with a red wine to bring out the flavour of the duck. But they can also be served as a starter on a charcuterie platter or salad.
